The entrance to Shinjuku Sumitomo Hall is immediately on the left when you enter.[From JR Shinjuku Station]
Exit the JR Shinjuku Station West Exit ticket gates and proceed toward the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building from the West Exit Underground Plaza.
